It starts pretty much anytime!!! I originally wrote 3PM but there's no food so 6PM sounds better!!!!
The Facebook time is 5PM though. CONFUSING? NO.

- We need ketchup - We need to slow-smoke the ribs for about half an hour to unlock delicious candied taste

yes. ribs need to be smoked and slightly burnt for the best flavor.

They were very very very very slightly burnt all those other times!
But yeah, I'll make sure to keep that in mind, because the final five pieces of rib were the best of the entire batch.
