i think pretty much all their phones require at least a 10 dollar data plan.

No I'm pretty sure it's their newer phones. Like ugly flip phones don't require it and the Voyager (which I have and is an "old" model) doesn't need it. I don't know about other phones in that mix.

yeah old phones that someone already had dont require it but i think all the phones they currently sell in their stores require the 10 dollar plan. I have verizon too. Tried doing what youre trying as well but couldnt get an old enough phone. I got close but it still required that 10 dollar plan. so im just sayin.. could be wrong though, they change shit alot.
